With my stomach covered, because it’s mangled from babies, and with side boob because I nursed those babies. My body isn’t perfect and I’m not perfect and I’m my worst critic. I have beat myself up, judged others to make myself feel better, and hated my body. But you know what? This body is strong, courageous, and grew and birthed two humans. I have visible (saggy, scarred) reminders of all that my body is capable of. Why have I spent YEARS ashamed of that?! That is a superpower, and my body is a temple. I’m so over women judging ourselves and judging others based on our bodies. MAMA–hear this. You. are. beautiful. You are amazing and lovely and incredible. See yourself that way, see OTHERS that way.
